No, we do not book travel. We are not a travel agency. Once we set your new frequent flyer and/or hotel loyalty programs we can guide you through the booking process so you understand how to use your points confidently. Our goal is to empower you to book with ease moving forward.

After filling out our intake form and after checkout, you’ll receive a welcome email outlining simple next steps. Once completed, we’ll begin your personalized setup and guide you through the process, including your first booking when you’re ready.

Most setups are completed within a few days, depending on responsiveness and the complexity of your travel goals. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

That’s completely fine! We’ll review what you already have, help organize existing accounts, and build on them where it makes sense. We can help link everything to your personal email or a specific travel email account.

No. We will never ask you for any credit card information nor a credit check.
If you’re interested, we can provide guidance on travel rewards credit cards… but only if it aligns with your comfort level and goals.

We do not make credit decisions on your behalf. Any guidance provided is educational, and you always maintain full control over your credit cards, passwords, and any financial choices.

While you’re registering you will fill out a brief intake with a few basic questions to get started. If we need any additional information along the way, we’ll connect with you via email.

Yes. Children are enrolled in eligible loyalty programs where available. Some programs have age requirements, and we’ll register accounts wherever possible. We also can help link them to existing accounts where applicable.

Your initial setup is a one-time service. Optional memberships are available for continued support and adjustments as your travel needs evolve.
